What is Nimbalyst? Nimbalyst at https://nimbalyst. com is an open source visual workspace for AI coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex. It brings together a Monaco based code editor, rich visual file editors, and an AI session manager so developers can run agentic development workflows with clear visibility and control instead of opaque terminal runs. Key Features: Agent powered visual editors: Edit markdown, CSVs, mockups, Excalidraw diagrams, data models, Mermaid diagrams, and code while AI understands full project context. Inline AI diff review: Every Claude Code or Codex change appears as an inspectable diff, so users approve, reject, or tweak before saving. Parallel session and task management: Run many AI sessions at once, organize them on a kanban board, search history, and tie work to integrated tasks. Extension system and marketplace: Register custom editors for new file types and install community extensions that plug into the same agent aware workspace.
